Rental Terms & Conditions
Rental Period
The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the scheduled return shipping date specific in the rental agreement. Equipment must be returned on the agreed date unless an extension is approved. Late returns will be charged at a daily rate clearly listed on the Rental agreement.
Equipment Use
Equipment must be used responsibly. Renters may not open, modify, repair, or alter hardware components. Asset labels must not be removed.
Software Responsibility
The renter is responsible for ensuring that any software installed during the rental period is properly licensed and legally obtained.
Data Responsibility
The renter is responsible for all data stored on the rented equipment. Digital One Rentals is not responsible for loss of data. All devices are reset or reimaged between rentals.
Loss or Damage
The renter is responsible for equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be charged if equipment is not returned in proper condition
Equipment Inspection
Equipment should be inspected upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours.
Shipping
When equipment is shipped, renters must use the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging when returning equipment.
Payment Terms
Rental charges are due according to the invoice terms and may be required prior to shipment.
Limitation of Liability
Digital One Rentals shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of data resulting from the use of rented equipment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to fees of up to 100%. The specific fees associated with any rental will be clearly disclosed on the Rental agreement.
